Description
"The first time I visited Paraguay, I was just five years old. While traveling abroad, my grandmother did educate me on expecting the gift of a live chicken from locals. And I loved having such an experience outside of the United States. But what made more of an impact on me, would have to be the sensational food that originates from Paraguay. Such as, Chipa Guasu, Kosereva, Mazamorra, Pastel Mandiāo, Sopa Paraguaya, and so much more. And ever since I was exposed to such traditions of cooking, Americanized food has never fully satisfied me. But I guess that just proves any generation can return back to their roots."
